Weekly Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is drawing awareness to present moment experience with openness and acceptance. Our minds gradually come out of habitual patterns of self-deception and negativity, and return to spaciousness. Mindfulness can open our capacity to live a vibrant life, full of compassion and creativity.

Dr. Shira Taylor leads online weekly drop-in mindfulness meditations that include 45-min sitting mindfulness meditation and 15-min compassion-focused meditation practice.

When: Thursdays from 8:30am – 9:30am
